Tide may be turning for UK smaller companies, says FTAdviser article

The tide may be turning for the UK’s smaller companies, according to research from Marlborough quoted in an article on FTAdviser.

The FTSE SmallCap Index (excluding investment trusts) has begun to outperform the FTSE 100 and the FTSE 250 over the past six months, our research found. The FTSE SmallCap returned 4.5% versus 3% and 1.1% for the FTSE100 and FTSE 250, the article said.
