The Mail on Sunday has highlighted Marlborough European Special Situations and its return of 229% over ten years – more than twice the average for funds in the Investment Association’s Europe ex-UK sector.
The ‘Fund Focus’ article explains the strategy used by award-winning manager Manager David Walton and his team and how they invest in smaller companies that are that are often overlooked.
In the piece, David says he believes Germany’s decision to spend more money on defence and infrastructure will benefit many smaller companies in Europe.
